Born in Republic of Moldova, graduated from Law Department of "Babes - Bolyai " University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, MA in International Trade Law from University of Moldova, Chisinau.
In 2001 moved to Cyprus and from 2006 practicing Law as self-employed, Larnaca, Cyprus.Committee member of ARGOS – Animal Welfare Organization from 2006; vice-president of Moldavian Association in Cyprus “Stefan cel Mare” ; legal consultant and member of Youth in Action Committee of Network for European Citizenship and Identity (NECI); member of Cyprus Family Planning Association.
Participated at “2nd International Youth Meeting : European Citizen – Where are you?” which have been organized by CGE CULTURE GOES EUROPE (CGE) - Soziokulturelle Initiative Erfurt e.V in May 22-30, 2011, Belgrade, Serbia and at “3rd International Youth Meeting : European Citizen – Where are you?” – organized by the same Organization in Riga, Latvia in September 22-30, 2011.
